Q: Do I have to pay a community levy?
A: No. All the public areas and open spaces are maintained at no cost to the residents.
Q: Are these properties strata title and what do I have to pay?
A: Nearly all properties at Newleaf are Torrens title - freehold. The only Strata
title properties will be the apartments, that will have the benefit of a very cost
efficient levy.
Q: Who looks after the community homes?
A: The properties will be managed and maintained by Newleaf Communities. Tenancy
& facilities management will be looked after by St George Community Housing (a not-for-profit
organisation) and The Spotless Group respectively – these companies are part of
the Newleaf Communities consortium.
Q: How do I buy a Newleaf home?
