Newleaf is not just building fast, it’s selling even faster. Right now homes stages 1 and 2 are completed and occupied with sales in stage 3 nearing completion. So why wait? Join the celebration.

Stage 2

Stage 2 is now complete with most of the homes now occupied.  A number of existing private home owners have accepted a free make-over of their homes from Becton and these are nearing completion.  This means the older retained homes blend in well with the new homes and make the streetscape consistent. 

Stage 2 is also one of the first large scale developments in Australia that will be connected to the new National Broadband Network. Connections are due to be completed shortly will home owners and tenants able to to receive high speed internet access towards the end of the month.

Stage 3

Stage 3 comprises of 159 dwellings of which 84 will be private home owners.  It will have 3 and 4 bedroom double storey dwellings as well as 10 park facing low rise apartments.  Construction will commence soon, we will keep you posted.
